So, I caught the flu (at least that's what I think I got) over spring break and was out sick for a whole week. And because I have no reserve (I usually write posts for the week over the weekend before) I took a unplanned mini hiatus. I also found out (more like relearned) that going back to work (cough, cough, school) after a break is HARD.
How was your week?

Enjoy your books! My STS
ReplyDeleteI so so so want to read Pointe. Hope you like it. :)
ReplyDeleteOMG Pointe! I actually just made a trade with some on YA Book Exchange for this book! I cannot wait to read it. It's the last Friday the Thirteeners debut novel that I have to read! Wait no. I need to read Pivot Point and The Madman's Daughter. It's the last one that I have yet to OBTAIN :D I hope you enjoy all of your new books!
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic weekend!
Check out my STS post! (though it's a little empty right now, heh)
I saw Pointe at the book store a couple of days ago. I have a feeling that since I'm a dancer I'll end up reading that soon enough. I hope you enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI've seen Pointe mentioned on a few blogs, I'll have to check it out on Goodreads.
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better. I can totally relate-I got strep last week and it knocked me on my butt and it was so hard trying to get back to my routine when I had to go back to work. I hope you have a great week and happy reading!
The Sunday Post [15]: So Many Books!
Lots of sickness going around, Kat and Emz. I was sick last week as well. I got a lot of reading done, but not many reviews written. Here's to feeling better this week!
DeleteI still need to pick up a copy of Pointe, though it's usually not my type of read but it just looks so pretty (haven't really looked at any reviews of ratings yet though). I think I have the flu, either that or allergies, and it sucks. Hope you're feeling better! :)
